Who we are
As a first responder, I’ve encountered some of life’s most challenging situations—crime scenes, hoarding environments, and traumatic events. Time and again, people have asked me, “What happens after you leave?” For years, I didn’t have a clear answer—until I experienced it personally.
When a loved one passed away, I was the one left to manage the aftermath. Grieving and overwhelmed, I faced the daunting task of sorting through a home filled with a painful mix of memories, personal belongings, and biohazards. The lack of guidance and support during that time made the process even more isolating.
That experience profoundly changed me—and inspired the creation of this business. I founded this company not just to provide specialized cleaning services, but to offer compassion, respect, and dependable support when people need it most. No one should have to navigate these moments alone or worry about the cost of getting help. My mission is to be a trusted presence during your most difficult days—restoring not only spaces, but also peace of mind in the midst of hardship.
IN SCENES OF DESPAIR, WE WILL BEGIN THE REPAIR
WHY CHOOSE CODE THREE
At Code Three Trauma Clean, this work is personal. We proudly serve the same communities where We grew up, went to school, worked, and wore the badge as police officers and firefighters. This isn’t just another service area to us—these are our neighbors, friends, and families.
Unlike large national franchises chasing top-dollar jobs, or storm restoration companies that added biohazard cleanup as an afterthought, this is all we do—and we do it with purpose. I’ve seen firsthand the pain and confusion that comes after tragedy: grieving mothers, isolated grandparents, and families who are already heartbroken being hit with outrageous cleanup quotes because they called the first big company that popped up on Google.
I started Code Three because no family should feel abandoned or taken advantage of during their worst moments. We provide honest, respectful, and professional cleanup at fair prices—because that’s what our community deserves.
Something I see far too often are people who don’t reach out for help because they feel embarrassed or afraid of being judged.
Let me be clear.
We never judge. Ever.
Whether it’s hoarding, suicide, unattended death, or any other difficult situation, you will always be treated with dignity and compassion. It doesn’t matter what you throw at us, because we have seen worse.
We’re here to help, not to shame.
When you call us, you’re won’t get a call center or a sales pitch. You will get someone who understands, cares, and will show up ready to help.
